Wire drawing machine HDG-48
In order to eliminate the occurrence of scratches due to contact between the wire drawing materials, a wire sending side drum, one die, and a spooling side drum are used to move and traverse both drums. The wire is drawn while the wire is wound around the drum at a constant pitch. After spooling, the drums are reversed and both drums traverse and are rewound to the wire sending side drum at a constant pitch. This operation is repeated sequentially until the wire diameter is drawn.
